On May 18, CCB shares (600153tempestarcade.SH) CCB Residential Technology, a subsidiary of Consumer Goods Group, joined hands with Red Star Macalline to sign a tripartite strategic cooperation agreement with Elite, a well-known Swiss bedding brand. EliteCEO Francois, deputy general manager of CCB and general manager of Consumer Goods Group Wang Zhibing attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing of the contract.
According to the agreement, C & D Residential Technology will become the exclusive operator of the Elite bedding brand in China, targeting to open brand display and sales exhibition halls in Red Star Macalline Mall across the country; Red Star Macalline will provide system support for the implementation of the Elite series exhibition halls.
The three parties also launched the "333 Plan" to expand the Elite brand landscape-the three parties will work together to build 30 brand stores in the Red Star Macalline core mall in three years.
